He has helped many organisations to face the future, delivering successful new insights, products and communication strategies for, amongst others, Greenpeace, Amnesty International and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
He is a champion for fundraising development, and an ex-Chair of the Institute of Fundraising’s Insight Committee. He continues to provide training for the Institute, authoring and delivering courses on insight and innovation topics. More recently Steven has developed sector-wide thought-leadership on topics such as the Psychology of Supporter Engagement and The Empathy Gap in International Development.
Steven loves to discover the hidden motivations of human behaviour. He is a trained qualitative researcher and an experienced user of cultural analysis, digital research and biofeedback methodologies.
